Due to COVID-19 restrictions, Devonport Jazz 2020 has been stifled, but we couldn’t let our 19th year go by without a celebration.

We have decided that we will do a trip down memory lane with a YouTube/Face Book series called “Devonport Jazz In Retrospect”. We are lucky to have access to select footage from as far back as 2006, so we are using that to put together short clips of concerts and events to share throughout July.

None of the footage is professionally shot, so visually and sound-wise some are a little rough, but we hope it brings back some terrific memories of Devonport Jazz festivals of the past.

We could not, it good conscience, let our 19th year go by without doing anything.  While we can’t have our usual festival, we can still celebrate all that Devonport Jazz is, and has been.

Please join us in July, as we celebrate Devonport Jazz, the artists, organisers, and volunteers that have made our festival so special.
