James Sherlock and Lillian Albazi are Naarm‑based (Victoria) improvisers whose duo brings together fearless vocal expression and elegant jazz guitar. Internationally acclaimed vocalist‑composer Albazi and award‑winning guitarist Sherlock create music of striking intimacy, weaving jazz standards and original works into a rich, improvisational dialogue. Presented as an intimate concert at the historic Home Hill, this special performance invites audiences inside a close musical conversation – nuanced, emotionally charged and beautifully attentive to space, sound and silence, shared between two masterful, deeply connected artists.
