Jazz Live @ The Wharf with Nicki Parrott

Internationally celebrated bassist and vocalist Nicki Parrott brings her swing‑infused style to Devonport Jazz, joined by Peter Locke on piano and Andrew Dickinson on drums. Born in Newcastle and now recognised as one of the great jazz storytellers, Parrott has built a remarkable career spanning Sydney, New York and the world’s major jazz stages. A longtime performer at New York’s Iridium Jazz Club with guitar legend Les Paul, she has collaborated with artists including Randy Brecker, Clark Terry and John Pizzarelli, and appeared at festivals from Newport to Berlin. Expect elegant swing, deep groove and irresistible musical chemistry from this world‑class trio.
